Campus Hub welcomes the first students

Campus Hub, Malta’s first student village offering on-campus accommodation, welcomed its first students to kick off the new school year.

The conferences take place in the first block, while the underground car park, which offers 500 parking spaces, has been operational since June. In December, the hub will also welcome students from the University of Malta language school.

The new year will welcome students in the residential blocks with the provision of the first 400 beds, ie half of the capacity of the project.

Campus Hub has partnered with well-known brands with restaurants such as The Cake Box, Starbucks, Café Cuba, Amami, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Ottoman by Posh Turkish, Boost Juice as well as Welbee’s Express.

Students will also be able to use stationery on campus, as Papier will also open with Intercomp for all technology-related products. The Portuguese will offer laundry services and plans for a car wash are also in the works.

Gym facilities will also be available as the Warehouse Fitness Studio will be located on campus. The project will also feature Remedies latest pharmacy.

The project, which is part of the Vassallo group’s portfolio, is the first purpose-built student accommodation on the island and the group’s largest investment to date.

Providing students with an on-campus experience will add significant value to the already highly ranked university and attract more international students, while improving the overall learning experience for all university students in Malta.
